11/05/2013 · ok. ill take some more time to assplain the reason why it doesnt seem to be fuse/ relays are the 2 relays that are in most cars are setup so its low beam relay and high beam relay. if it was your high beam relay that wasnt working both high beams would not work. and since both low beams and one high beam works its not a fuse. here is a wiring diagram of most headlight setups. Many of the same problems that can cause headlights to stop working altogether can also cause just low or high beams to malfunction. If you find that just one bulb shuts off when you activate the high beams, but the other works just fine, then the high beam filament is probably burnt out in the first bulb. The same is true if one bulb works on high beams but now low.
